Location: Temple, TX
Job Duties: The Leave Administrator will manage and administer companywide leave programs, including Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), disability, statutory leave, miliary, personal, and other leaves.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education. 3 or more years related experience is required. Extensive knowledge of FMLA, and other federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations. Solid understanding of benefits and the impacts to leave administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
