CenTex SHRM members include all levels of HR professionals, as well as local business owners, consultants, and those interested in the HR field. Many members are decision makers for a variety of businesses, including small and large companies, as well as public and private employers. CenTex SHRM not only offers educational programs to our members, but makes them available to all area employers through the Chamber of Commerce, as well as advertising to other HR professionals throughout the State of Texas.

Professional, SHRM Member
Individuals engaged in the HR profession, either through administration, as a member of faculty or as a consultant.   Individuals must be a member of SHRM. The National member ID will be required.

Professionals, Non-SHRM Member
Open to any individual in the Greater Central Texas area who aligns with the purpose of the organization, but is not necessarily directly engaged in the HR profession. The individual must support and contribute to the HR field, even if their primary role is not in HR. Note: No member shall actively solicit business without prior approval from the Board.

Retired Members
Retired members are entitled to all privilege's of membership including the right to vote, chair a committee or hold office.

Student Members
Individuals currently enrolled as a part time or full time student in a human resources related degree program. Student members may not vote & may not hold office.
