Location: Belton, TX

Job Duties:  The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role also manages payroll processing and acts as a liaison with the company’s IT service provider to ensure smooth system access and tech-related onboarding/offboarding. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture with an employee count exceeding 65 employees.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll (50+ Employees a plus). Experience with third-party payroll systems (Paylocity is a plus). Familiarity working with outsourced IT providers or managing tech-related onboarding. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
