Location: Temple, TX
Job Duties: The CQC Manager will oversee and implement the Contractor Quality Control program to ensure all work complies with contract requirements, specifications, and safety standards. Implement and manage the USACE Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan. Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and approved submittals. Coordinate quality activities with project teams, subcontractors, and USACE QA staff. Maintain QC documentation, reports, and corrective actions in RMS/QCS. Identify and resolve non-conforming work
Qualifications: 5+ years of construction experience with QC on federal or Construction Management Degree. USACE CQM for Contractors certification (required). Experience with RMS/QCS. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Strong communication and documentation skills.
